We need to be able to manage our own phone number lists of calls to automatically transfer without having to email support and have them managed. When I originally signed up this was a feature that was said to exist and still nothing.....

Currently there is no way for the AI to know if a vehicle has been released to the insurance company by the RO. So when the insurance company calls and the agent asks if the vehicle has been released, the AI of course answers "NO", because this term currently only applies to a vehicle being fully 'released' or removed from the system/picked up already. This delays Insurance companies from setting up the vehicle's pick up. I need a way to record that the vehicle has in fact been released by the RO to the insurance company.

Motorclub ETA Extensions based on calls waiting and driver availability. If there is one driver that is available for calls and 3 calls come in the first 2 might meet your eta but the 3rd call needs to be extended if digital extensions are available (Agero, Geico, Allstate ect.) Also needs the ability to update customers on eta if they call for status and report back that ETA to towbook

Need an option to exclude certain service types in digital dispatch. For instance, all service types except winch out, instead of having to build multiple rules to avoid one service type at night. And an option to set a schedule for services offered under dispatch services in AI settings.

Request to modify AI agent script so that when a caller reports a truck that is 2500 or higher, the agent automatically asks if it is a dually. This conditional question logic is not currently user-editable and requires backend scripting.

Investigate why the geocoder selected the wrong Arvada and ensure pricing mileage calculations use the correct state and proximity logic. Feature request confirmed by Danilo.
